- Phone Consultation - to gain information regarding the project details, location, log home history and contact information hello.
- If possible, mail, email or fax colored photos of your home illustrating the following: full view of all sides, close ups of damaged surfaces if any and any other photos that might be needed based on the scope of the project.
- A preliminary, verbal estimate will be prepared and quoted by phone based on the information and photos furnished.
- If the preliminary estimate is agreed upon, an on-site visual inspection will be necessary to complete the estimate process. Based on location, a fee will be charged and payable at the time of the inspection.
- A written estimate will be provided. If the estimate is accepted, 50% of the inspection fee will be deducted from the total estimate cost.
